Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for T47-24, Deverall Park – Playground and Outdoor Exercise Upgrade.  The project is located at 2 Ethel St, Condell Park NSW.

 

All works shall be constructed as per the specification and any relevant codes and standards. The expected works associated with the construction of exercise equipment upgrade under this Request for Tender includes :

 

• Demolition/removal and disposal of existing playground including playground equipment and furniture, mulch layer, timber edging, shelter and picnic set, concrete paving and turf area as shown on plan. Excluding tipping charges.

• Demolition/removal and disposal of existing exercise equipment, associated concrete footing and rubber surface. Excluding tipping charges.

(c) Supply and install playground grade mulch softfall for playground area. Lay subsoil drainage in the playground area including perforated pipes (50m long total), clean backfill, three caps and connecting to main pit.
