The Service Agreement has agreed variable schedule of rates for 'addtional products and services relating to pest and rodent control services' and 'Feral animal control services' which may be procured by Venues NSW Representative beyond the fixed routine pest and rodent control services.

Description of any provision under which the amount payable to the contractor may be varied

On the 1 July 2025, and each anniversary (1 July each year thereafter) all Fixed Prices and Variable Schedule of Rates will be indexed annually in accordance with the March-to-March Quarter Consumer Price Index (CPI) All Groups percentage as published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics.

Description of any provisions under which the contract may be renegotiated

Venues NSW internal piggyback clause

As a special conditions to the service agreement as issued with the tender, Venues NSW may, at its sole discretion request under a written variation to the Services Agreement that the Supplier supplies to other Venues NSW sites/locations in the Venues NSW Network, similar or equivilant Products, Goods and Services as per the Service Agreement. In such circumstances the Supplier shall agree under a written variation between Venues NSW and the Supplier that is will proivde to a site or group of sites the Product(s), Goods and Services on the same terms provided in the Service Agreement as though Venues NSW entered into the Service Agreement on behalf of all sites, having regards only to necessary changes to reflect that the exact specifications of the Goods, Products and Services which are to be supplied to the other site(s)/locaitons in the Venues NSW Network.
