Particulars of the goods or services to be provided under this contract

The collaborative partnership between TfNSW and the

Program Provider will aim to achieve achieve the

following objectives:

- ensuring students in NSW receive developmentally

appropriate, curriculum based, road safety education

- ensuring families in NSW schools receive appropriate,

curriculum based, resources and information to foster

greater awareness of road safety

- ensuring_ program activities focus on the development of

knowledge, skills, positive attitudes, values and

behaviours which produce safer road users

- supporting quality teaching and learning of road safety

NSW schools

- enhancing the quality of the road safety education

program for NSW school students through the application

of continuous improvement and evaluation strategies

The Program Provider agrees to: (i) provide all reasonable assistance required by TfNSW ; (ii) respond to all reasonable reguests made by TfNSW; (iii) provide any information TfNSW reasonably requires, n relation to conducting a review and evaluation of the Program and the Program Provider's performance under this Agreement
