This Request for Tender (“RFT”) has been prepared by the Crown in the right of the State of NSW, acting through Treasury (“Principal”) and seeks responses from suppliers to supply to NSW Government the Services described in the Statement of Requirements (“Services”).
The State requires Over the Counter (“OTC”) payment services for in-person payments by citizens, businesses and users of NSW Government services for the payment of fees, fines, taxes and other obligations. The provision of capability is required across the State including regional and remote areas of NSW and at border towns to the State
