Successful Consultant will deliver all necessary services to complete the project contract works. 

The Services are awarded for each separable portion individually on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the tender pricing schedules

Tenderers may visit the site for understanding of project.

A non-mandatory briefing session will be held Tuesday 16 January 2024 at 10.00am to address key elements in the tender at Penrith Civic Centre, Passadena Room, 601 High Street Penrith 2750.  

All tenderers will need to register their attendance at this meeting, in the name of the organisation in which they will be tendering, including ABN and address. All attendees should notify the contact listed below of their intention to attend the meeting by email.
