Tender Details

"DPI has a range of legacy digital tools that are used by farmers, researchers and advisors that are outdated in a modern digital environment. This project will inform the modernisation and ongoing improvements to this toolbox that promote farm business resilience.

•Gather customer insights on use of digital decision support tools in both government and private sector markets – list tools used and their specifications.

•Utilise DPI-provided list of key contacts for customer interviews. Tenderer may use discretion to develop list with existing contacts or contacts arising from interviews.

•Evaluate (desirability, feasibility, viability) existing government decision support tools against user insights from customer discovery

-Grazing Intelligence

•Design a realistic digital solution that improves use of existing and potential decision support tools.

•Identify opportunities for integration with existing farm business management software.

•Identify strategic partners for facilitation and delivery of the designed tools to industry stakeholders (e.g. banks, farmers, advisors, government agencies etc).

•Clearly demonstrate how insights from customer discovery have been addressed in solution design."
