The Project involves Refurbishment and extension of the existing Rec-Centre, transforming it into an adaptable gymnasium. This facility will also include office spaces and physiotherapy rooms, located at the western portion of the existing Goulburn Police Academy.
The proposed gymnasium is a single-story, split-level building with an existing GLA of approximately 680m2, which is set to expand to a proposed GLA of approximately 965m2.
