Property and Development NSW (PDNSW) on behalf of the NSW Government is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from Respondents (including consortia) with suitable experience, financial capacity and a demonstrable commitment to Government policy and objectives to develop 607 Pacific Highway, Chatswood and deliver a high- density mixed use precinct, including a new 1,000 student public primary school. The Project will be delivered through a project delivery agreement or similar agreement between the Government landowner and the Developer.
The Call for Expressions of Interest document, located in the Data Room, contains information about the evaluation, assessment, and shortlisting process. Should you wish to submit an EOI, we ask that you complete the Returnable Schedules included as part of this EOI.
Specifically, this EOI:
- Seeks responses from interested parties with the appropriate experience, resources and capability to deliver the requirements of the project, satisfies the project objectives, project vision and guiding principles and provides a value for money outcome to the NSW Government;
- Outlines School Infrastructure NSW’s objectives; and
- Demonstrates the intended delivery for a new public primary school on the site that is consistent with the school requirements.
The selection process will involve the assessment and evaluation of responses received, following which PDNSW may invite shortlisted Respondents to a further stage.

Once the completed Confidentiality Deed Poll and Online Data Room Protocol including the Requested Authorised User Form have been submitted, Respondents deemed to be a bona fide Respondent will be provided access into the Data Room.
