Tender Details
Design, manufacture, and delivery of up to 22 x Box Trailers, which will contain the following items:
Box Trailer Design
•At tender
- Sketch of trailer layout with all equipment, components and electricals (see Appendix B)
- Benefits and risks of proposed design
•On successful tender
- Formal design for LLS to take ongoing ownership of after design milestone payment
Box Trailer Equipment & Components
- Trailer Base Dimensions
- Fridge/Freezer
- Internal Fittings & Fixtures
- External Fittings & Fixtures
- Gas Hot Water System & Accessories
- Electricals/Power Supply
- Trailer must be registered (LLS will provide necessary documentation)
- Must not exceed 2500kg when fully loaded
- Trailer and its parts must be compliant with relevant Australian Standards (see Appendix C)
Handover Requirements
The following items will be requested on handover:
Box Trailers to be complete and full equipped with all requested components.
Box Trailers include 12 month warranty on all parts and components.
Manuals to be provided on handover detailing operational requirements (e.g. winch operation, tie down points, considerations when utilising or unloading equipment)"
