Sydney Metro is seeking a team of Transaction Adviser and Technical Specialists to support the evaluation of technical response schedules returned from the shortlisted proponents. They will work under the daily direction of Transaction Manager for Project Technical Documentation, suitability of the documentation for RFT integration and market release

Conditions for Participation
Minimum Requirements
1, Transaction Technical Specialists must have a minimum of 2 years’ demonstrated experience in drafting technical documentation for contractual arrangements, which may include Particular Specifications, Scopes of Work and Technical Criteria, Scope and Performance Requirements, together with prior experience in a related technical discipline (see Minimum Requirement 2)
2, Transaction Technical Specialists must have a minimum 5 years’ senior level experience in one or more of the following specialist areas:
• Rolling Stock and Systems
• Station architecture, design, construction, and civil engineering
• Project, systems, contract, operations, and maintenance integration, specialising in rail infrastructure
3, Transaction Technical Specialists must have demonstrated experience working on a recent complex infrastructure procurement transaction as part of a transaction or documentation management function (either embedded or in a directly interfacing role – e.g. technical adviser). Preferably the experience above would be either a rail project or NSW-based linear infrastructure project, but this is not mandatory so long as the experience was on a recent complex infrastructure procurement transaction.
