Seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors to Design, Construct and Certify the Lavender Creek Flood Pump Station.

Pre-tender Meeting

A non-mandatory pre-tender briefing is proposed on Monday 20th May 2024 at 2pm. The meeting will be held at the Tweed Shire Council Chambers, 10-14 Tumbulgum Rd, Murwillumbah, NSW 2484.

TWO ENVELOPE TENDER 

This is a Two-Envelope tender. The tender schedules are marked as Envelope 1 Non-Price and Envelope 2 Price. Please submit as two separate files when you lodge your response. The files can be zipped together to be submitted.

Supplier Account 

All suppliers must have a Supplier Account on the Supplier Hub to be able to download tender documents and lodge responses.

Obtaining the RFT Documents 

Click on the DOWNLOAD A SOFT COPY - Free link at the bottom of the page and follow the onscreen instructions to download the RFT document files provided.  

Lodging a Response 

Click on the blue RESPOND link at the bottom of this page to submit your electronic tender response.  

Electronic Tender Box Security 

During the lodgement process all submitted responses are encrypted for security and stored securely in the “electronic tender box”. 
All responses that are received successfully can only be accessed, decrypted, retrieved and opened after the RFT has officially closed. 

RFT Response - receipt/confirmation. A detailed system generated electronic receipt is issued for all submitted responses files received successfully.
