The Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust (RBGDT) is seeking tender responses, including financially viable and sustainable proposals, from suitably qualified and experienced food and beverage (F&B) operators for the opportunity to deliver and manage an exceptional F&B offer (plus relevant Cap Ex investment) at the Palace Gate Kiosk (‘the Kiosk’) that appeals to a wide variety of visitors to the Royal Botanic Garden, Sydney and The Domain.
The operator will be passionate about providing high quality food, beverages, and customer service in a unique location.
Any resulting commercial agreement will be in the form of a lease.

A Site Briefing will be held at Palace Gate Kiosk, Macquarie Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (opposite 139-141 Macquarie Street, Sydney NSW 2000) on 14 May 2024 at two session times:
- 11.00 AM – 11.20 AM (Session 1)
- 11.30 AM – 11.50 AM (Session 2).
Note: 24 hour notice of attendance is required to be provided to the listed RFT Contact.
