Sydney Metro requires the provision of Integrated Station Management Services for Over Station Buildings – Sydney Metro Operations

The scope of services required by Sydney Metro is to ensure that all Integrated Station Management activities are undertaken including the setup of processes and procedures for the ongoing responsibilities required of Sydney Metro.

Service providers cannot be acting on behalf of or providing services and advice to any other organisation that is a party of or member to existing or future Building Management Committee’s associated with Sydney Metro stations.

NSW Regions: Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, New England, Central Coast, Hunter, Cumberland/Prospect, Nepean, Northern Sydney, Inner West, South East Sydney, South West Sydney, Central West, Orana/Far West, Riverina/Murray, Illawarra, Southern Highlands

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Organisations that would like to participate in the Request for Tender must register.

To register, Organisations must:

    • Submit an Access Request Form, demonstrating how they would be able to satisfy the Requirements (in the form of RFT   Appendix E).

• Submit a Confidentiality Deed Poll (signed and dated) to the Contact Officer via the Contact Officer Email address (in the form of RFT Appendix F).

In order to be evaluated as part of this tender, tenderers must meet the following Minimum Requirements:
