Transport for NSW is seeking to engage a single supplier for its requirement of Visa and Migration services.

Transport for NSW (TfNSW) has a requirement for end-to-end Visa and Migration Services. These services are important for TfNSW for following reasons.

(a) Transport’s ability to continue to sponsor temporary workers and support Permanent Residency applications is critical to the organizations’ ability to provide critical talent and skills essential for

the continued delivery for services and projects across the state.

(b) It is anticipated that the critical skills shortage Australia is currently facing will continue in to 2023 and beyond. A combination of record low unemployment rates in Australia and competition for key skills within the market are key contributors to this war for talent.

NSW Regions: Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, New England, Central Coast, Hunter, Cumberland/Prospect, Nepean, Northern Sydney, Inner West, South East Sydney, South West Sydney, Central West, Orana/Far West, Riverina/Murray, Illawarra, Southern Highlands

Request for Proposals - An invitation for expressions of interest / seeking preliminary proposals. In many cases these may be used as a basis for shortlisting tenderers, along with other criteria such as expertise and experience. Prospective tenderers are initially evaluated for their proposal against the relevant selection criteria. A number of those who best meet the criteria are invited to tender. For complex or some other types of procurement, where the product or service outcomes are highly dependent on the content of the proposals received from Tenderers, the outcome may be negotiated.

In order to gain access to the RFP documents, Participants are required to fulfill 2 conditions of participations:

1) Conditions of Participation 1: The participants has an ABN or ACN or can demonstrate it will have an ABN or ACN prior to Contract Execution.

2) Conditions of Participation 2 -Participants must have (within the last 3years) or current experience with providing advice to government agencies on these types of services.
