Tender Details
The Office of Sport (the Office) currently has an additional need for catering labour hire and is seeking to secure supply of catering labour hire from multiple Prequalified Suppliers for a period of up to 24 months.
All ten Sport and Recreation Centres of the Office, located across NSW, are in scope. A Prequalified Supplier is required to be capable of providing catering labour hire to one or more of the sites (as opposed to all sites).
When requesting labour hire from a Prequalified Supplier the roles in scope include but are not limited to Kitchen Hands (Assistant Service Officer) and Cooks / Chefs (Catering Officer).

Additional Details / Instructions
The Office shall do an initial open intake in late 2022 and potentially another intake in early 2023 where suppliers are able to submit an application to become a Prequalified Supplier. Further intakes outside of this will be at the discretion of the Office.
