Property Leasing of 78 and 84 Lilyfield Road, Rozelle - WestConnex M4-M5 Link Rozelle Interchange
TfNSW is seeking to enter long-term lease agreements for 78 and 84 Lilyfield Road, Rozelle. Suitable tenants will demonstrate an ability to contribute to further amenity and place-making efforts for the broader Rozelle Parklands.
The Rozelle Parklands are being delivered in conjunction with the broader Rozelle Interchange project. The two TfNSW-owned properties are located adjacent to one of the future entryways to the Rozelle Parklands, which will be opened to the public in December 2023. TfNSW in seeking experienced and creative tenants who can provide enhanced value and amenities to the local Rozelle community, whilst contributing to the overall experience of the Rozelle Parklands for locals and visitors.
