The Services comprise two separable parts:   

• Portion 1: provision of services during project and business case development, including preparation of a Scoping Report

• Portion 2 (Option 1): Portion 2: provision of services following the lodgement of the Scoping Report, including a review of draft SEARs and preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and subsequent planning approval documents.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Organisations that would like to participate in the Request for Tender must register.

To register, Organisations must:

• Submit an Access Request Form, demonstrating how they satisfy the Minimum Requirements

Submit a Confidentiality Deed Poll (signed and dated) to the Contact Officer via the Contact Officer Email address.

A tender briefing will be held via teams on :

A meeting request will be sent to qualifying registered tenders including all tender documents.

In order to be evaluated as part of this tender, tenderers must meet the following Minimum Requirements:

• Evidence of two projects the Tenderer, or if a Joint Venture, at least one party of the Joint Venture, has successfully undertaken in the provision of environmental planning services for major transport and/or infrastructure projects, including State Significant Infrastructure projects

• Substantial corporate resources and subject matter expertise in disciplines required.

Evidence of three projects key members of the Tenderer’s Team, has successfully undertaken in the provision of similar services on transport and/or infrastructure projects, including State Significant Infrastructure projects
