Tender Details

TfNSW is seeking to procure prof services for Disability Standards Accessible Public Transport compliance Mgmt.

 

Transport for NSW (TfNSW) has statutory obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA), Premises Standards and the Disability Standards for Accessible Public Transport (DSAPT). TfNSW is also in the process of implementing an enterprise compliance maturity framework, of which DDA is a component.

TfNSW is seeking to enhance its whole of network understanding of compliance levels against the relevant disability standards formulated pursuant to the DDA.

The need for an overarching TfNSW strategy to support consistency regarding DSAPT interpretation and a clear pathway for targeting funding focused on customer outcomes and working towards DSAPT compliance has been articulated as a priority by stakeholders.
