Tender Details

The NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) is part of the Department of Planning and Environment (the Department), which will become the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water on 1 January 2024. The NPWS website (https://www.nationalparks.nsw.gov.au) is built on the Sitecore Content Management System (CMS), which is fit for use but requires upgrading and remediation to meet future needs.
NPWS is seeking a managed service for the hosting and support of the upgraded NPWS website (Sitecore V10.3) and other key digital services in the Azure cloud.

These managed services will be procured under the NSW Government ICT Services procurement scheme (SCM0020) in the category Managed and outsourced services.
