Tender Details
The purpose of the Field Mapping Solution project is to procure, implement and integrate a service-wide spatial mapping application to streamline field data collection in operational and non-operational settings. The solution should improve information sharing between Volunteers, Incident Management Teams (IMTs), RFS HQ and operational decision-makers, as well as assisting in preparedness and hazard reduction activities. The solution must be able to handle concurrent access by several thousand users and during periods of elevated operational activity (e.g. fire season, state-wide emergency response).
The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to engage a Supplier to provide the licencing of a field mapping software solution that has the ability to be integrated with RFS’s existing and planned operational systems.
