Bumbalong Bridge Replacement and Road Reconstruction - RFT-10060431

The construction of a new bridge and approaches over the Murrumbidgee River for T44 traffic loads and the reconstruction of 1.3 kilometres of access road on the eastern and western approaches to the Bridge.

Pre-Tender Meeting

A mandatory pre-tender meeting is proposed for Thursday, 14th September 2023 at 10:00 AM. The meeting will be held at the Western  end of Bumbalong Road closest to the Murrumbidgee River.

TWO ENVELOPE TENDER 

This is a Two-Envelope tender. The tender schedules are marked as Envelope 1 Non-Price and Envelope 2 Price. Please submit as two separate files when you lodge your response. The files can be zipped together to be submitted.

Supplier Account 

All suppliers must have a Supplier account on Supplier Hub to download and lodge responses. To create a Supplier account please go to https://buy.nsw.gov.au/login/signup. 

Obtaining the RFT Documents 

Click on the DOWNLOAD A SOFT COPY - Free link at the bottom of the page and follow the onscreen instructions to download the RFT document files provided.  

Lodging a Response 

Click on the blue RESPOND link at the bottom of this page to submit your electronic tender response.  

Electronic Tender Box Security 

During the lodgement process all submitted responses are encrypted for security and stored securely in the “electronic tender box”. 
All responses that are received successfully can only be accessed, decrypted, retrieved and opened after the RFT has officially closed. 

RFT Response - receipt/confirmation. A detailed system generated electronic receipt is issued for all submitted responses files received successfully.

Turn off the Monaro Highway at Newton Street, 45 kilometres north of Cooma. Then turn left onto Bumbalong Road drive under disused railway bridge and head in westerly direction along to the end of the Road close to the Murrumbidgee River.
