Tender Details

The effective management of any crisis requires a well understood framework of roles and responsibilities as well as skilled and experienced management and staff to undertake them.

TfNSW (TPD) is committed to the effective management of emergency incidents across its portfilio and has a comprehensive suite of corporate and project-based crisis, emergency and continuity plans in place.

In order to maintain awareness and response capability at all levels, TPD plans to deliver a program of training and exercises throughout 2014, 2015 and 2016.

Additional Details / Instructions

Tenderers must submit their response as two (2) separate files only. The first is to consist of the completed “Non-Commercial Schedules” and is to exclude any reference to pricing. The second file is to consist of the completed “Commercial Schedules”. If you are to submit Zip Files, please ensure that upon extraction your submission is already compiled and complete and of the same two (2) separate files only. Multiple separate documents will not be accepted, unless you obtain prior approval from TfNSW.

This ensures that Tenders are complete and accurate, and presented in the manner intended by the Tenderer, and also allows for timely distribution of Tenders to the Tender Assessment Committee.

The Tendering contact number is for emergencies only, questions MUST be submitted in writing to the email address supplied.

Conditions for Participation

To participate, Tenderers must demonstrate they can pass the following Minimum Requirements:

  • Provide evidence demonstrating knowledge of crisis and emergency management practice in a rail, construction and project environment.
  • Provide evidence demonstrating an understanding of all relevant incident response categories affecting people, assets, environment, security, reputation and stakeholder relations.
  • Provide evidence demonstrating detailed capability to deliver training and exercise sessions at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
