Tender Details

Transport for NSW (TfNSW) invites innovative and suitably experienced organisations to provide creative web design and content management services for provision of an interactive and immersive virtual road safety exhibition website.

The NSW Road Safety Online Education Centre (OEC) website will be an online virtual and interactive road safety exhibition for all NSW road users. Multimedia road safety learning refers to online experiences designed to shift attitudes and effect positive road safety.

The OEC will address key behavioural issues through multimedia road safety learning resources and innovative experiences that complement the existing offering. The website must be cutting edge, immersive and aligned to a TfNSW supplied learning framework. TfNSW requires a supplier to deliver the website in advance of the OEC launch in November 2024.

The vision of this project is to centralise and improve access to TfNSW owned and endorsed road safety learning programs and modules, thereby improving access for all road users and deliver a positive customer experience.

The solution for the OEC must be engaging and immersive to support TfNSW objectives to encourage safe behaviour on NSW roads, and align with the 2026 Road Safety Action Plan.

All applicants must comply with the NSW Government Policy Framework, available at:
