Tender Details
TfNSW must fulfill its continuous need for applications development to support Transport Equip, an online system based on SAP technology used to manage business transactions for organizations that do business with Transport agencies. The current panel arrangement is set to expire in March 2025 and is no longer suitable to meet TfNSW's evolving requirements including the recent upgrades to the Transport Equip system to S/4 HANA. As a result, TfNSW needs to establish a new panel of professional service providers that can effectively cater to TfNSW's application development needs.
Transport Equip is an SAP system established in 2015 through implementation of the ERP program to support Transport Cluster business operations. Applications and capabilities currently being supported through Transport Equip include Success Factors, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Software, Procurement (Ariba), Mobility, HR, Payroll and more.
As TfNSW continues to leverage Transport Equip, there will be an ongoing demand for applications development to continuously improve the system and provide new business and technical capabilities. It is imperative for TfNSW to establish and maintain a dedicated panel of suppliers for application development services. Notably, several major projects are expected for the upcoming years, primarily stemming from the recent upgrade of Transport Equip to SAP S/4 HANA and provisioning of additional third-party applications.

Conditions for Participation
Only suppliers prequalified under the ICT Scheme SCM0020 as advanced for Q01 (Professional services) or Q02 (ERP software and platform as a service) are eligible. Suppliers not currently part of the ICT Scheme SCM0020 may participate in the open tender process, however, must join the ICT scheme SCM0020 before contract award.
