EOI to identify Contractors that meet Sydney Water’s pre-qualification requirements. Those Contractors meeting the pre-qualification requirements will be invited to participate in Tender for the provision of Supply and Services of Pipe Relining. The scope of work can include but not limited to:
• Repair of pipes as required prior to lining works including dig and repair
• Refurbishment of all sewer reticulation assets as specified at project / task order level using Client approved lining system and methodology. This includes all house service junctions sealing with approved T-seals.
• Construction / installation of specified works
• Installation of lining system as specified
• Design of the selected (& Client approved lining system)
• Perform all required Junction sealing.
• Undertake rectification of works required at any task order level, including provisions of isolation and flow controls and all necessary requirements to complete the defined Job.
• Manufacture of required lining and associated products within Client approved systems.

If selected to participate in this sourcing event Tenderers must have: For Services scope: -
• Minimum Work, Health, Safety criteria: AS4801/AS/NZS/ISO45001; OR NSW government WHS management system and auditing guidelines - 6th Edition; OR Office of Federal Safety Commission (OFSC accreditation);
• Agree to the NEC4 Core Clauses and have the ability to operate under a NEC4 Agreement Contract Structure
• Key Personnel have a minimum of 5-years demonstrated experience relevant to Pipe Relining Services with an Australian Water Utility or Sewer and Water Networks / Systems.
• Certification to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000
For Materials scope: -
• Minimum Work, Health, Safety criteria: AS4801/AS/NZS/ISO45001; OR NSW government WHS management system and auditing guidelines - 6th Edition; OR Office of Federal Safety Commission (OFSC accreditation);
• Agree to the NEC4 Core Clauses and have the ability to operate under a NEC4 Agreement Contract Structure
• Certification to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000
