Parry Park Club House Upgrade - T28-24

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for Parry Park Club House Upgrade.

- Refurbishment of existing Male and Female toilets, Referee room, store, and New unisex-accessible toilet

The scope of works includes but is not limited to:

• New Unisex Accessible Toilet including all fittings and finishes to be compliant with comply with the current version of AS1428.1.
• Refurbishment of male and female toilets including, but not limited to, fitouts such as new tiled floor, new floor waste, stainless steel toilet suite, stainless steel basin, soap dispenser, toilet tissue dispenser, grab rail to ambulant toilet, toilet partition cubicle.
• Supply and installation of all internal and external lights and all related work as specified on the plan
• Relocation of existing electrical boards inclusive of all services/ trades involved.
• Make good of holes and repaint existing door, door frames, floors and walls as per plan.
• Relocation of air conditioner inclusive of all relavant trades
