The University of Technology Sydney (UTS) has formed a project team to manage the acquisition and implementation of the new enterprise access control system (EACS), and has conducted extensive research to understand what EACS’ are currently available in the supply market. Whilst this research has yielded valuable insights into the EACS supply market, it is recognised that UTS should engage a consultant for technical advice (Technical Consultant) on EACS’ to mitigate the risk of UTS selecting an EACS that does not meet its requirements. Submissions are invited from organisations capable of providing Technical Consultant Services.
