Tender Details

Infrastructure NSW is inviting Recipients from the pre-qualified contractors under the SCM100002-Procurement List for Construction Services valued over $9 million to undertake the Main Works for the redevelopment of Penrith Stadium. The Main Works will be delivered under a Design and Construct contract. 

Tenders are invited from construction entities only. The designers for the work have been procured separately by Infrastructure NSW and will be novated to the successful Main Works Contractor.

The scope for the Main Works includes, but is not limited to:

  • Demolition of the eastern and western grandstands, whilst retaining the existing northern and southern hills;
  • Services termination;
  • Construction of new eastern and western grandstands, and refurbished new stadium entries;
  • Repurposing of the existing training oval to the west of the stadium for player warm up, car parking and event day activation and non-event day public recreation; and
  • Potential interface management with the Sewer Relocation Works.

The Call for EOI process will be managed via the Data Room. To participate in the process, Recipients must:

  • Be pre-qualified contractors under the SCM100002 - Procurement List for Construction Services valued over $9 million;
  • Complete, sign and return the Confidentiality Deed Poll; and
  • Appendix I Data Room Representatives of the Call for EOI.

INSW is offering an optional EOI briefing for all interested Recipients. INSW may require evidence that a Recipient is capable of satisfying the Minimum Requirements prior to attending the briefing. In order to attend the EOI briefing, Recipients are to register 2 business days before the EOI briefing via the Data Room.

All Respondents must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and NSW Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).

This Call for EOI is not expected to lead to the award of a contract.
