Tender Details

The Forestry Corporation of New South Wales (FCNSW) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified contractors to undertake approximately 400 hectares per annum of plantation hardwood manual planting and fertlising services on the North Coast of NSW.

RFT Type

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Additional Details / Instructions

Suitably qualified contractors who want to submit more than one proposal, or alternative work package proposals must ensure they submit separate tenders for each proposal.

Conditions for Participation

Proponents that intend to lodge Tenders are required to register their contact details with the Contact Officer – see section 1.8 of the RFT.

Each registered Proponent will be scheduled by FCNSW for a one (1) hour compulsory information session at the FCNSW offices at either 30 Park Avenue, Coffs Harbour NSW or Maher Street, Wauchope NSW.

Mandatory requirements are described in the RFT document.

Estimated Timeframe for Delivery

Commencement of contracts are to be agreed, but no later than October 2023.
