The Works:

Construction of a new Mental Health Centre comprising 50 bed inpatient accommodation, Community based ambulatory care facilities, teaching and resource facilities, provision of area for the neuroscience institute of schizophrenia and allied disorders (NISAD) and future provision for the construction of a third and fourth floors ( the construction of the third and fourth floors are not part of the works under the contract) The building is generally two-storey with an indicative gross floor area of 10,400 square metres.
