Preventative Maintenance & Repairs of Air conditioning, Heating & Ventilation: - 0602878

This preventive maintenance agreement will apply to all NSW Fire Brigades sites statewide and shall cover all mechanical, electrical and control systems for all air conditioning, heating and ventilation including all their related and associated sub-assemblies and installations.

Deliverables comprise of two parts:
Programmed Regular Maintenance (PRM) - in accordance with corresponding manufacturer's prescribed standards may involve monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and/or annually servicing and replacement of consumables; and shall be provided under all inclusive Lump Sum Price.

Urgent Minor Maintenance (UMM) - works outside of PRM which includes urgent repairs, replacements and/or new installations; to be performed under specific order instructions primarily on sites identified as On Service Call Only and on any site where a UMM or interim work order number has been issued; which are chargeable in accordance with the Rates Per Hour.
Where a replacement part/material is also required to complete the service, Contractor is to provide a quote and is payable on top of the labour rates.
There are two types of UMM-calls: 'Priority 1' requiring 2-hour response and 'All Others' which require 6-hour response.
