Tender Details

Auctioneer services, on behalf of NSW Police, for the disposal of: (i) unclaimed public property; (ii) expired court exhibits; (iii) equipment and goods confiscated under the provisions of the Confiscation of Proceeds of Crime Act, and (iv) Surplus or obsolete items.

NSW Police?s current auction arrangements cover the disposal of unclaimed public property, expired court exhibits and other obsolete items. Each general auction usually involves the offer of approximately 600 lots, with total sales averaging between $120,000 and $150,000 per auction. The proposed Contract will be for a three year period from a date agreed by the Parties, with two options to extend the Contract for up to one year at a time. The successful tenderer or tenderers will be responsible for providing transportation, storage, a venue and all services in relation to the management and conduct of the auction.

Lodgement of tender:

Your completed tenders should be lodged as defined in the RFT documents, however they may usually be lodged electronically via this web page.

Optimum size of lodgement files is less than 7MB, and if your tender is larger in total it should be broken down into smaller files, and uploaded in separate identified lodgements.
