Provision of insurance and associated insurance brokerage and advice for construction projects undertaken by government agencies - other than specialist construction agencies (such as the RTA, Sydney Water & Railcorp) - which may also be available in respect of building and associated engineering works for all agencies

An insurance policy covering construction works and public liability, available to Client Agencies expires on 30 September 2007. The selected contractor will be required to arrange works and public liability insurance cover for contracts entered into and construction projects commenced directly by agencies after 30 September 2007
