Scope
  • This Request For Tender (RFT) covers the provision of products and/or services to implement the EPRD Licensing and Assessment System.
  • The purpose of this project is to provide an enhanced data management, analysis and reporting system that will reproduce and improve current functionality, provide additional functionality, and more flexible access to data.
  • The State Contracts Control Board (the Board) is responsible for the conduct of the tender process, assisted by State Procurement.
  • The proposed new regulatory system will replace ISEMS and provide support for the remaining regulatory areas.
    In addition, it will also fully support the planning assessment processes that DEC is responsible for under the EPAA Act.
    The scope of the new system will also encompass new services such as the on-line submission of client data and interfaces with existing departmental systems (e.g. financial systems, GIS, etc).

    The session will discuss all aspects of this tender.
    It is highly recommended that all prospective tenderers attend the briefing in order that they fully acquaint themselves of the tender requirements.

    Lodgement of tender:
