Notifiable Conditions Information Management System - 0602827

This Request For Tender (RFT) is for the development, integration and deployment of a Notifiable Conditions Information Management System to support the management of communicable disease outbreaks and routine surveillance of notifiable conditions.

The NSW Department of Health requires a web based solution that will reside in the NSW Health Data Centre.

A briefing session for all prospective tenderers will be held to enable clarification or amplification of the NSW Deapartment of Health requirements.

Details of the briefing session are as follows:

Lodgement of tender:

Your completed tenders should be lodged as defined in the RFT documents, however they may usually be lodged electronically via this web page.
As the tenderer you must be a registered user in this system. Click on the blue LODGE A RESPONSE link at the bottom of this page and follow the on-screen instructions.

Optimum size of lodgement files is less than 7MB, and if your tender is larger in total size it could be broken down into smaller files, and uploaded in separate identified lodgements. The required response documents should not be bundled with supporting documentation. Note also that during the period 11pm to 3am system maintenance is carried out and successful lodgment may not be achieved.
