This Request For Tender ( RFT ) is for the development, integration and deployment of a Notifiable Conditions Information Management System to support the management of communicable disease outbreaks and routine surveillance of notifiable conditions.
The NSW Department of Health requires a web based solution that will reside in the NSW Health Data Centre.
A briefing session for all prospective tenderers will be held to enable clarification or amplification of the NSW Deapartment of Health requirements.

Note also that during the period 11pm to 3am system maintenance is carried out and successful lodgment may not be achieved.
