Tender Details

This RFT covers the Department of Corrective Services (DCS) requirements for Electronic Monitoring Systems for DCS clients which comprises the following:-

  • Supply of a Central Monitoring Station (CMS) installed and commissioned at premises nominated bythe Contractor subject to agreement by DCS within Australia within 25 days from award of contract.
  • Linkage - CMS and DCS - OIMS (Offender Information Management System)
  • Supply of Monitoring Equipment to be installed at the homes, or other fixed locations, of clients of DCS.
  • Supply of Client Worn Equipment to be used by the clients of DCS.
  • Supply of Mobile Monitoring Equipment to detect monitored clients at locations other than their primary residence.
  • Consumables and Accessories not covered by the Warranty.
  • Ongoing operational maintenance (following expiration of the warranty period) of all monitoring equipment, provision of all necessary software and licences, documentation, training of DCS staff and ad hoc services.

    Obtaining the required DMax Lite V5.1 software:

    The RFT documents are made available in "* . DTT" format only. This format is specific to the software, 'DMax Lite', that is manufactured by 'DecisionMax Pty Ltd'.

    Please note and act on the following -

    To open the RFT main document file (ie the ***.DTT) and to prepare your tender you will need to use the 'Dmax Lite' software.

    If you do not already have a current and licenced copy of 'Dmax Lite' v5.1 software, a copy of the software can be purchased and downloaded from this site as part of your download process.
    After you log in and access the RFT more options will be presented to you relating to the software.

    Lodging a tender:

    Your completed tender in the required software format MUST be lodged electronically via this RFT web page.
    Click on the blue "LODGE A RESPONSE" link at the bottom of this page and follow the on-screen instructions.
    As the tenderer you must be a registered user of this tendering web site.

    Your tender MUST include at least one file in *.dtr file format.
