Management of Agency Temporary Personnel & Contractors - 0602943 EOI

SCOPE
Department of Commerce (Commerce) invites Expressions of Interest from service providers that can address the broad objectives and detailed below.

Interested service providers should note that the service envisaged to meet these requirements is not within the scope of existing State Contracts Control Board recruitment contracts, which supply traditional recruitment services, i.e., the source and supply of candidates.

Proposals are invited from service providers interested in working with Commerce as a strategic partner to manage its recruitment suppliers, agency temporary personnel and contractors.

Components of the service envisaged include that the service provider:

supplies the expertise, technology and process to deliver the efficiency of a single interface with suppliers without reducing the sourcing capability delivered through retention of a broad supply base;

distributes assignments to approved suppliers based on the profile of the roles, market sourcing capability and corresponding vendor performance;

provides stakeholders with access to feedback on overall recruitment and supplier performance, status, trends and issues associated with workforce management.

Expression of Interest for Specific Contracts - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a specific work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria, and those who best meet the required criteria are invited to Tender (as tender type Pre-Qualified/Invited).
