Tender Details

This RFT covers the provision of real estate valuation services for the General Manager, Land and Property Information, NSW Department of Lands for the period 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2008 with options to extend the contract by a maximum of two (2) one-year periods.

The deliverable that may be able to be procured through the contract to be entered into as a result of this procurement process is to be for the NSW Department of Lands.

The Services comprise:
  • Acquisition Valuation Services under the requirements of the Lands Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991;
  • Valuation Advisory Services for Certificates of Value, special valuations and general property advice ; and
  • Objection Briefing Services for objections to land values and allowances issued under the Valuation of Land Act 1916.
