contract is for the proposed refurbishment of the existing Irrigation and
Engineering Teaching Laboratory at Yanco Agricultural institute for the use as a Research Soils Laboratory.
The extent of the works included under this contract is summarised
below:
- Demolition and removal
of obsolete materials and services
- Supply and installation
of all Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulic services
- Construction of
internal partition steel stud and glass walls
- Internal fit out and
finishes
- New vinyl welded joint
floor coverings
- Installation of
principals relocated laboratory equipment
- Installation of
relocated mechanical equipment
- Construction of
internal walls and installation of doors and windows to existing Hydraulics Laboratory to
form A grinding and storage facility
- Installation of new
and refurbishment of existing electrical works
- Drainage
