Maintenance works to heritage Buildings located at Byron Bay Light House Keepers Precinct.

The Selective Tenderers are:

FE Marsh & Co Pty Ltd
N & LM Building Contractors

Tenders from the above Contractors ONLY will be accepted.

The proposed activity is aimed at the conservation and continued reuse of buildings within the Cape Byron Lightstation precinct, being the Head Keepers Quarters (HKQ or Cottage 3), Assistant Keepers Quarters 1 & 2 (AKQ or Cottage 1 & 2) and their outbuildings, Workshop, Paint Store and signal House and other features within the Precinct including fences and concrete walkways.

Contractors with Heritage Conservation Work experience will be given preference.

Non-mandatory Pretender meeting to be held on the 8th March 07 on site at 12pm.
