Provision of Services for the removal of Willlows (Salix sp.): - 0700157

This Request For Tender (RFT) covers the provision of services for the removal of Willows (Salix sp.) in the Yanco Creek System for the Murray Catchment Management Authority (MCMA).

The MCMA requires services to be provided for willow removal works in all eligible properties with frontage to the Yanco Creek System within the Murray catchment.

The works will only be undertaken with landholders who have signed a management agreement with the MCMA and are committed to enhancing the riparian environment on their holding.

The works to be undertaken involve the control of willow infestations through mechanical removal and chemical control methods. The willows will be fully removed from the system including all branches, roots and stumps.
