Expressions of Interest are invited from capable organisations in tendering for the provision of consultancy services to develop a procurement capability and performance assessment model for NSW Government.
Responses to this EOI invitation will be evaluated against the following selection criteria, as contained in the downloadable EOI Invitation document:

- (a) Experience with developing and applying organisational procurement/supply chain management capability assessment models, including for large and small Australian and Overseas public sector agencies, and desirably for whole-of-government.
- (b) Experience with developing procurement/supply chain management capability assessment models for client organisations to implement, and with developing client personnel in the application and use of assessment models.
- (c) Experience in public sector procurement strategy advising and consulting.
- (d) Capability and availability of proposed key personnel.
- (e) Capacity to contribute benchmark data appropriate and suitable for use with NSW Government agencies.
- (f) Capacity to provide NSW Government with suitable rights to use and modify the developed model within NSW Government (including the developed systems, processes and benchmark data).
