The consultancy consist of advice and support to establish best practice procurement documentation that is comprehensive, contemporary, user friendly and reflect value for money and a balanced supply chain approach to risk management, whilst being consistent with the requirements of the NSW government policy framework.
Assess the adequacy of the Contract System to support NSW agencies and draft specific documents within the Contract System as requested. Including a suite of contract templates and procurement user guides.
