Tender Details

Works are required to improve facilities at Oatlands Public School. Works involve the construction of a new car parking area and the improvement of an existing waste bin pickup area, along with associated drainage, footpath and landscaping works. Also required is the decommissioning of an existing Bubbler Hut and the adjacent construction of a new Bubbler Hut structure.
The contract generally comprises:-
- Demolition (and removal of waste to an approved offsite disposal) of existing AC pavement areas, concrete kerb and guttering and existing Bubbler Hut and associated structures.
- Excavation for new carpark area subgrade and capping of all services under proposed new construction.
- Construction of new carpark pavement and asphalt surfacing
- Construction of concrete slab for proposed wastebin area and improvement of the area through kerb and guttering, concrete access footpaths and ramps and garden construction
- Design and construction of replacement bubbler shed and all associated plumbing and drainage works.
- Supply and installation of pits and drainage structures including kerb and guttering, concrete v-drains and subsurface pvc piping.
- Supply and installation of fencing, signposting and linemarking of new work
- Landscaping of adjacent areas
