Tender Details

Tenders are invited for the refurbishment works to ten (10) dwellings located within the townships of The Rock, Oaklands and Urana NSW. Tenderers are to submit tenders for refurbishment works to all ten (10) dwellings. These works will run concurrently, within the same contract. Tender forms and documentation in electronic form are available after registration at no cost and must be obtained prior to attending the mandatory site meeting from the Project Manager: Mr Mark Phegan of Regional Project Managers Australia Pty Ltd 02 6971 0622 or 0412 695 399 Suitably endorsed tenders will be received by The Secretary, Tender Opening Committee, Teacher Housing Authority of NSW. Level 14, St Martins Tower, 31 Market Street, SYDNEY 2000 or PO Box Q339, QVB Post Shop, NSW 1230 and close at 2.30pm Tuesday 4th March 2008. Tenders can also be sent by facsimile to 02 9261 1048 Tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government Code of Practice for Procurement which is available on the interent at : http://www.treasure.nsw.gov.au/procurement/cpfp_ig.htm Tenderers must hold a current unrestricted builders licence for the State of New South Wales. Home Warranty Insurance will not be required within this contract. A Mandatory Pre-Tender Site Meeting will be held on-site starting at 29 Norman Street, The Rock on Thursday 21st February 2008 from 9.00am concluding at Urana approximately 4.00pm .
