The ICAC invites tenders from software suppliers and/or system integrators to supply and implement a Case Management System for complaints handling and assessments, investigations and corruption prevention.
The ICAC is expecting a complete solution that will meet its business needs and replace its current in-house legacy system with an intuitive and security-featured system with proven mechanism for management of complaints and investigations (as well as project/task, resource, performance and risk management, and advanced searching, reporting and intelligence analytics capabilities).Location

Completed offers must be placed in an envelope which is clearly marked as Confidential and Tender No. A07/0183, and must include Three (3) signed and bound copies of the offer (one to be marked ORIGINALand the others to be marked COPIES).
There are only Two (2) methods of delivery:
By Hand Delivery, where the offer must be placed in the tender box at the following address:

Not withstanding the method of delivery used by the tenderer, it is the responsibility of the tenderer to ensure that its proposal has been received by the ICAC by the closing date and time.
Late tenders will not be accepted.
