Supply and install new evaporative condenser to service existing computer room packaged units (capacity of evaporative condensor to be 138.1kw per circuit).
Supply and install new associated equipment (pumps, valves, expansion tank, Mechanical Services Switchboard and associated wiring as stated in the tender documents).
Disconnection and removal of redundant existing condenser water pipework.
Supply and installation of plant platforms and associated ladders, railings, brackets and supports as stated in the tender documents.
Ensure continued full operation of air conditioning to computer room at all times (staging of change over) throughout project.
Carry out service to packaged units during change over period as detailed in project specifications.
Connect new and existing equipment to Siemens BMS to show fault/run status only and provide new Siemens automatic pager service as outlined in Specification.

The work to be carried out under this contract includes the supply of all plant, labour and materials (not designated as PC items) required for completion.
