100 George Street, The Rocks is a heritage significant building being adapted for reuse

100 George Street, The Rocks is a heritage significant building being adapted for reuse.

The successful Contractor/s will be required to supply and install two new lifts and associated running gear.

Lift No.1 is a 12/13 person gearless passenger lift required to service 3 levels.

Lift No.2 is 9 person gearless passenger/goods lift required to service 4 levels.

Tenderers may tender for all the works or for individual lift portions.

The Contractor will be required to liaise with a building works contractor to complete the installation.
