Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified Head Contractors for the Western Foyers and Bennelong Lift components of the above project (approx $20m) at the Sydney Opera House, Bennelong Point, Sydney. The work will involve extensive building services relocation, major structural modifications and builders work. Applicants will need to demonstrate experience and current proven capabilities in high profile, occupied buildings.
