Transport for NSW is seeking vendors to deliver approved training and testing within Transport for NSW's Motorcycle Licence Training and Testing Scheme (MLTTS) under a panel over an initial term of three years with two extension options of 1 year each (i.e. 3+1+1 years).

a) Access to the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents:
In order to gain access to the Request for Tender documents, Tenderers are required to register their interest by sending an email:
TSS.Bidder@transport.nsw.gov.au and include the following:
1) Tender No and Title, 2) RFT ID, 3) Organisation Name, 4) ACN/ABN, 5) Contact Name, 6) Organisation/contact postal address, 7) Contact email address (preferably an email address with the contact person's name), 8) Contact phone number
To gain access to the tender documents in Ariba over the internet once access is provided, please ensure that you are using PC with web browser:

c) Tender Briefing
A briefing will be provided on Monday 23 January 2023 at 1pm via MS Teams. Attendance at the Briefing is optional (but strongly recommended).
If you wish to attend the briefing session, please send your request to Jessie Yu (Jessie.Yu@transport.nsw.gov.au) before 5pm 19 January 2023 to receive the link of the briefing session.
Conditions for Participation
A Provider must either be a:
• Sole trader, or
• Corporation.
A Provider must have an ABN and be registered for GST.
If a Provider operates:
• under a partnership, they can enter into the MLTTS Accreditation Agreement provided they have a partnership agreement and the capacity to enter into the agreement
• as the trustee of a trust, then it must advise and satisfy TfNSW requirements in relation to contracting with trusts. Further information on these TfNSW requirements will be provided upon tender submission if the Provider operates as the trustee of a trust.
If the business operates as a Trust, then before the Contract is awarded the Respondent will be required to provide (at its cost) a Declaration from the Trustee and a Certification from a lawyer concerning the Trust Deed. TfNSW will provide the template Declaration and Certification forms.
Where your business operates as a trust, the Trustee of the Trust should be named as the Respondent. The ACN of the Trustee Respondent will be different from the ACN of the Trust business.
